Shipping and Returns

We want your experience with us to be as simple and straightforward as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we make, process, ship and accept returns for your order.

Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, US and EU.

Processing your order

Each product is made to order, which means we don't simply take an item off a shelf and send it out. Your product is prepared specifically for your order, allowing us to give each piece the care and attention it deserves.
Because of this, please allow 4–5 working days for your order to be processed and prepared before it is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

UK: 2–3 working days
US: 5-7 working days
EU: 3-5 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, customs processing or public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option available for your order.

You will always see the applicable shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide that your order isn't right for you, you may be able to return it, provided it meets our return requirements and applicable consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and in its original condition.
Because our products are made to order, we ask that you only place an order once you are happy with your purchase. Each order requires time and care to prepare specifically for you.

How to request a return

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to return your order. We'll provide you with the information you need to arrange the return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Please make sure returned items are packaged securely, as we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or lost while being returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and checked, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method where possible.

Please note that any applicable statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are not affected by this returns policy.

Made to Order

We take pride in making each product to order rather than producing large quantities in advance.

This means your order is prepared specifically for you and may require additional time before it is ready to ship. Our 4–5 working day processing time allows us to make and prepare your order with the attention and care it deserves.
